J.W. etc's Crackle 4 OZ

After base coating, let dry. Brush on J.W. etc. Crackle, using a foam or bristle brush. Apply a medium amount of crackle. Let dry. Apply a topcoat of paint using a bristle brush. Acrylic paint works better when thinned. We recommend JW etc.'s OpenTime, extender/retarder to thin your paint.(If you want some, let us know and we can get it. We are just starting on stocking JW etc products) A small amount of Open Time added will give a thicker coverage, giving larger cracks. Using more Open Time gives a thinner coverage, giving smaller cracks. The extender allows more open time. JW etc.'s Crackle can be used over wood, metal, paper mache, terra cota, ceramic, tin, paper products, plastic, glass, etc.

Decoupage-Plus by J.W. etc.

JW etc's Decoupage Plus allows the artist to create a work of art by sealing and adhering an image or images onto almost any kind of surface . Decoupage Plus can be painted on, sponged on, or layered with additional artistic work. When dried covering the work with a depth of varnish allows the composition to glow through.
Each artist develops his/her own style. These are not pictures that are just stuck on with Decoupage Plus, but, with little effort, can become works of art.
Decoupage Plus differs from most decoupage products because it is thick and yet gives plenty of time to work with the image before it dries. It is clear and if brushed on, doesn't leave brush strokes. The consistency lets you work with many textures, from napkins to heavy fabrics.
1. Sand project to be decoupaged smooth, fill any spots with J.W. etc. Wood Filler
2. Seal both sides of image with Decoupage Plus, let dry.
3. Paint or stain project to be decoupaged.
4. With fine scissors cut out image to be decoupaged. Place image on project to find correct placement before wetting the image again.
5. Brush Decoupage Plus on back of image and place on project. Press out any bubbles or wrinkles with a brush or roller.
6. Brush Decoupage Plus on top of image to keep the image from curling, then let dry.
7. Apply another coat of Decoupage Plus to build up the surface, let dry.
8. Sand lightly with a very fine sand paper
9. Remove Dust
10.Varnish project with Right Step. Apply as many coats as you desire to get the wanted effect.

Textured Gel Glaze 16 oz
This Glaze if different from any other glaze on the market. It is so thick that is stays on a vertical surface without running. It has just enough open time so you can manipulate your work easily and yet dries fast enough that you don't have to wait hours to apply multiple coats.
The thickness allows you to create faux textures or if texture is not desired soften the effect with a brush or rag.
The amount of paint added can be varied depending on the intensity of color desired. The result is a transparent depth of color with an easy to achieve textured look
Easy clean up with water.
