Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, send it back to the address on the invoice and include the invoice number. We refund when it arrives

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ship orders every day. Your order will go out the same or next day depending on the time of day the order is received. On the instance that we do not have enough of an item on hand, we will ship what we have right away and the balance when it comes in. Clearance Items will not be back ordered. What stock we have on hand will be shipped and a refund will be made if needed for any extra paid for.


We have provided shipping options that should meet any need you have. We also have International shipping costs for our Overseas customers.

All Sales should be considered final with the following exceptions:

RETURN REQUEST: If you need to return an item within 30 days, simply return the item to the address on the packing list with a copy of the packing list and a note for the reason of the return. We will refund the merchandise cost as long as there is no damage, item has not been used and is in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. No shipping costs will be refunded.

DEFECTIVE: Guarantees against manufacture’s defect for a period of 20 days from date of delivery. Should you receive a manufactures defective product please contact us via email at parts@woodworkingparts.com for return information.

INCORRECT ITEM: If you were sent the wrong item, then you should contact us via email at parts@woodworkingparts.com and we will work to get the proper item to you ASAP.

We try very hard to avoid sending you a defective or wrong item and we realize it costs you time and money to return a product. However, just as a major retailer such as Wal-mart does not give you gas money when you return a product we cannot absorb the cost of shipping the product back to us, it is effectively a cost of convenience. We will however absorb the cost of resending the exchange back to you.
