Scribing is the secret to getting nice tight joints wherever odd shapes or uneven surfaces meet. Scribing done with a dime-store compass, or a block of wood and pencil, yields results that are often less than satisfactory.

AccuScribe Pro makes it easy to maintain a consistent scribe offset due to the wide, flat back and articulating pencil holder. The adjustable head even allows you to scribe the back of molding and trim! But, as they say on TV, there’s more: insert a compass pin into the tip and Accuscribe Pro can draw up to 24” diameter circles (using a long pencil), use the marking gage lip to layout cut lines, or use the built-in sharpen to get a nice point on your pencil.
